Registration, log-in, and user information

How can I start using the ZOOO app?

You can start using the ZOOO app by installing it from the App Store or Google Play. After installation, you can tap “Create new account” at the bottom of the screen, agree to the Terms Of Use, and enter the required information before using the application.

I'm having trouble setting my password.

Set the password using at least 8 characters and up to 32 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

I did not receive an email from ZOOO.

You need to register a valid email address to receive emails from ZOOO. Please be sure to register an email address that can be viewed from multiple devices or laptop devices. It may not be possible to send emails to the mobile phone’s email address or it may become unusable when changing models. To prevent emails from ZOOO from entering your “spam folder,” you can take measures by registering a “trusted email address” in your email service. Contact your email service provider for more information.

I did not receive a text from ZOOO.

If you do not receive the SMS with a verification code needed for registering your ZOOO account, the mobile phone carrier may be set to refuse incoming texts from abroad. Please with check your carrier and device settings to see if you can receive text messages from outside your residency country. The procedure varies depending on the carrier or terminal. You can check the carrier’s procedure guide page by searching terms such as “how to receive SMS from abroad” on your favorite search engine. If you can receive SMS from abroad but the SMS code does not arrive on your phone, or if you have other problems, please contact our support team. I can't log in to my ZOOO account. / I forgot my password.

First, make sure you have entered the correct account phone number or email address. If you forget your password, you can reissue it to your registered mobile phone number or email address.

1. Open the ZOOO app and tap “Login.”
2. Click the “Forgot password” button on the Login screen to open the Forgot Password screen.
3. On the screen that opens, enter the mobile phone number or email address registered with ZOOO and click “Send.”

I bought a new phone. Can I use the same account?

You can continue using your account by logging in with the mobile phone number or email address and password of the account you want to transfer.

How do I update my profile information?

You can change your profile from your account page on the app. Simply tap on the profile icon on the top right.

What is a premium member?

A premium member is a member who can enjoy more exclusive benefits using our app.

How can I become a premium member?

You can become a premium member by tapping “Upgrade to ZOOO Premium” under profile options.

How can I cancel a premium membership?

Please operate according to the cancellation method of in-app purchases on your specific device, such as by managing your subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.

How can I delete my ZOOO app account?

Thank you for using ZOOO, and we are sad that you are cancelling the account! Please note that an account that has been withdrawn cannot be reinstated. If you withdraw from the membership, you will not be able to inherit the data such as sound points (SP), coupons, and store information that you have acquired so far, even if you re-register. If you wish to cancel the membership after understanding the above, please take the necessary steps in the account page of the app. *Please note that you can only delete your account when you are logged in to the app for personal identification and security reasons.

What is a Sound Point (SP)?

Sound Points (hereinafter called SP) are our reward points. You can collect and use them within the ZOOO app. You can accumulate SP and redeem them for a variety of e-gift cards.

How can I redeem Sound Points (SP)?

Tap on SP within the main navigation menu on the ZOOO app. If you have accumulated SP that can be exchanged for gifts, you can exchange them for gift cards from the “Redeem gift card” button.

How can I receive Sound Points (SP)?

You can earn SP by visiting a member store of ZOOO and checking in. You can also receive SP by gifting a coupon to someone or taking a survey on the app.

Gift Cards

How can I redeem gift cards?

When you have accumulated the goal amount of SP, tap “Redeem gift card” on the SP screen. *You will receive an email containing the redemption code on your registered email address. Please note that it may take up to several days for you to receive the email.

What kind of gift cards can I choose from?

We have prepared variety of selections for you to choose from. Please check the most updated list of selections by tapping “Change goal” in the SP page on the ZOOO app.
*Gift card options differ by the country of residency.


How can I receive a coupon?

To receive coupon(s), you must physically check in at a member store of ZOOO. Please note that since the coupon distribution time may be individually set for each member store, customers may receive a coupon after a certain period of time after check-in.

Are there any rules for using coupons?

Disclaimers about the use of each coupon are set for each member store. Terms of these coupons are written below the coupon(s) on the app. To avoid any confusion, please be sure to read the notes under the coupon before redeeming it.

How can I redeem coupon?

When you are ready to make your purchase, you can use a coupon by presenting the coupon number displayed on the app after tapping “Use Coupon” to the staff member working the register.


How can I check-in?

You can check in with a QR code, NFC, or Beacon installed at a member store.

How can I check in with a QR code?

You can check in by selecting “By QR code” from the check-in screen of the ZOOO application and having the camera read the QR code installed at the member store.

How can I check in with a Near-Field Communication (NFC) device?

You can check in by selecting “Contactless Terminal” from the check-in screen of the ZOOO app and tapping the Lion logo with the top portion of your phone. Please make sure that the NFC setting is activated on your device.

How can I check in using Beacon Technology?

You can check in by entering the ZOOO member store where a Beacon is installed. Please make sure that the GPS setting on your device is turned on.
