Store application & account information

How can I register my store?

For store registration, apply using the store application form linked below and ZOOO management will review your request. When your application is approved, the member store registration will be complete. We will send you an email with a link to create an account so that you can use ZOOO’s services.

Depending on the situation, we conduct a strict examination and there are cases in which we may deny an application.

I am having trouble setting up the password.

Your password should have 8 to 32 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

I have not received any confirmation emails from ZOOO.

In order to receive emails from ZOOO, you need to register with a valid email address. * We may not be able to send emails to certain company-specific email addresses. Additionally, these email addresses may not be able to be used after changing your device. Be sure to register with an email address that can be accessed from multiple devices or PCs. You can also take measures to prevent emails from ZOOO going into the “spam” folder by marking ZOOO emails as from “trusted email addresses.” For information on how to mark a “trusted email address,” please contact your email service provider.

What types of things does ZOOO check for when approving store registrations?

We verify certain store information, such as:

– the physical store address

– whether the applicant name is that of the store owner themselves

– whether registered stores comply with our screening criteria

How long does it take for ZOOO to process an application?

This process takes about one week.

I haven't opened my store yet, and I haven't decided on the store's name. Can I still submit an application?

Yes, you can still submit an application. Please enter an appropriate placeholder name of the store you plan to open on the application. You can make changes and corrections afterward by contacting us.

Is it possible to modify store registration details after this information has already been submitted?

Yes, this is possible. You may contact us via email or phone to make these modifications.

How can I distribute coupons to users?

To deliver a coupon to a user, you must first set the coupon, then set the card, and, finally, set the target audience. Please do not forget to enable distribution/delivery in order to start sending out coupons.

I am unable to log in / I forgot my password.

First, make sure that your account’s email address is entered correctly. If you forget your password, you can reset your password through your registered email address. Open the ZOOO store-only platform and click the “Reset Password” button on the login screen. Enter the email address you have registered with ZOOO. Then, check your inbox for an email with further instructions. Please contact us if the problem persists.

On the store platform, how can I update my store information?

Store information can be changed in the “Profile” section under “Store Information / Management,” located in the menu bar at the top of ZOOO’s store platform screen. The store name, category, zip code, and address cannot be changed this way due to security purposes. Please contact us directly if you would like to update or modify this information.

What is a Sound Point (SP)?

Sound Points (also referred to as “SP”) are ZOOO’s reward points. By using the ZOOO app, shoppers accumulate Sound Points over time and redeem the collected SP for an e-gift card of their choosing. The cost of this function is 100% covered by ZOOO.

What kinds of devices will I need to install in my store?

Any necessary ZOOO signage or devices allow users to check in at your store. Any devices your store requires will be delivered to your store address. The kinds of devices used vary by tier level.

What is a "Check-In"?

When a shopper visits a store and checks in using the QR code, NFC device, or Beacon the store has installed, they earn Sound Points. This encourages shoppers to visit your store on a regular basis.

What is ZOOO's free business listing, and what does it mean for my business?

ZOOO’s mission is to help your business thrive. We’re happy to list your business on our platform at no cost or obligation to you. Shoppers who use the ZOOO app will simply be able to see your business’ basic information, such as your hours of operation, physical business address, phone number, website URL, and service features. Additionally, shoppers may check in at your business with the ZOOO app and receive in-app rewards points, called “Sound Points,” the cost of which is covered by ZOOO. These points can be redeemed for gift cards later on, which helps incentivize shoppers to support local businesses! Cool, right?

Is there an annual membership fee or registration fee?

There is no registration fee or annual registration fee. Monthly plan prices differ by tier levels. Please contact our sales team for more details.

How can I cancel the service?

To cancel your store membership, visit the Contract Plan on the menu bar at the top of the ZOOO store platform screen. We thank you for using ZOOO and welcome you to share feedback about your experience with our team. Please note that once your store membership is canceled, it cannot be restored. If you cancel your contract, even if you choose to re-register with us in the future, you will not be able to reinstate or re-collect existing data, such as audience demographics, coupons, or store information. Please understand the above before proceeding with the cancellation procedure. *We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that for identity verification and security purposes, you can only cancel your membership when logged in.
