It’s no secret that Las Vegas is home to world-class restaurants and the masterpieces of celebrity chefs, but hidden gems often provide some of the best experiences for tourists and locals alike! This week, we couldn’t get these six venues off our minds; here are some of our favorite spots to grab a bite and receive outstanding service throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Breakfast
Omelet House
Located at 2160 W Charleston Blvd, The Original Omelet House has been a local breakfast and lunch favorite since 1979. Combining excellent recipes and exceptional customer service with a “grandma’s kitchen” familial atmosphere, Omelet House refuses to cut corners and strives to provide every customer with a memorable experience from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. Specialties include Stuffed French Toast, the Firecracker Burger, and the venue’s Famous Fried Zucchini!
Fork & Burger
With a focus on fast service and unique brunch options, Fork & Burger was launched with the intention of being a “quaint breakfast and lunch cafe” at 6280 S Valley View Blvd.
Juicy burgers and breakfast sandwiches, filling omelets, and rich home fries round out a drool-worthy menu complete with traditional egg starters and plenty of veggie options. A hidden gem amidst an industrial complex, Fork & Burger is definitely a worthwhile space to start the day off on the right foot.
Lunch / Dinner
Cafe Sanuki
Since 2017, Cafe Sanuki has been a prime location to access large, rich portions of traditional Japanese Udon noodles at an affordable price. These servings are crafted thanks to the restaurant’s use of a Yamato Udon noodle-making machine, the only genuine machine of its kind on the West Coast. While the venue was already a beloved local favorite in the Chinatown/Spring Valley area, Cafe Sanuki 2.0 promises to make for an even more impressive experience.
With recent closures paving the way for new advancements, the restaurant is now home to a Japanese tempura fryer and has used their noodle-maker to serve ramen in addition to Udon.
Finally, sushi and snow-ice now complete an already mouth-watering selection of specials. For an authentic taste of Japan within the Las Vegas Valley, mark Cafe Sanuki on your map at 4821 Spring Mountain Rd.
POP’s Philly Steaks
Open 24/7/365 at 501 S Decatur Blvd, POP’s Philly Steaks is home to the best cheesesteaks in Las Vegas, having served over 1,500,000 of them since the venue’s opening in 2002!
Served on Philadelphia-fresh Amorosa rolls, POP’s cheesesteaks are made with a wide variety of toppings, from pepperoni to cheese whiz. Unique hoagies, grinders, appetizers, and desserts are also on the menu, so there’s something for everybody (and something for every course), from fried veggies and “Whiz Wheels” to Italian ice and Oreo Churros.
Dessert
Rolled Ice Cream
Now featuring four locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley, Rolled Ice Cream is an amazing spot to try one of your favorite desserts in a brand new form.
The art of rolling ice cream allows for dozens of unique flavor combinations thanks to the addition of toppings and mix-ins that might not otherwise make it on a traditional sundae.
